The best practise of a profession such as a tannery requires constant evolution and a permanent acquisition of new knowledge.

For this reason, Splenda Leather is part of different union organisations, both at the local and state level, and internationally. It is also integrated into innovation and research centres and collaborates with cultural facilities in the celebrating of tradition and maintaining the memory of the tannery.
